I imported 404 feedbacks from ebay. why was only 1 feedback imported?

Thanks for your response. It’s a shame that feedback cannot be imported from Etsy. My items were imported, however, not the feedback. It looks like I have to start from scratch. The ebay feedback was as a buyer. I add something in my “about me”.

Hi, I feel the same way I worked very hard as a seller on eBay and I made sure all my customers were happy and almost all of them left wonderful comments and I feel the same way you do like I have to start over its such a shame people here can’t read all the good feedback we as sellers worked so har

Hi @StunningVintage,

Thanks for your post and so sorry for any trouble you have had. @tomwayne1 provided some great information about how the feedback import works. Currently, our system will import up to 5000 of your most recent eBay feedback as a seller only. The importer will import 5000 ratings even if they do not appear on the seller dashboard. eBay drops off negatives and neutrals from the seller dashboard after 1 year, however the feedback import will look past what displays on the dashboard up to 5000 ratings. Our importer will also only import the feedback number, not your feedback text/comments.

We do not have the ability to manually edit the imported feedback. However, you can delete your imported eBay feedback at any time by revisiting your feedback page on Bonanza and clicking on the delete link (the “Delete” link is at the bottom of the feedback page).
