Please communicate with the seller with whom you made the purchase from. You should know their return policy of whom you purchased from prior to emailing the seller when requesting a return for refund.
At the top click on Account Dashboard
Then click on Purchases
Then click on Purchased
You will see in blue print “Contact seller” or “Report a Problem”
