To my knowledge this French Telephone Token was issued for 1 year only, produced by the Monnaie de Paris.

OBVERSE: PTT stamped in deep slot one side -"Telephones Publics".
REVERSE: Republique Francaise and date.
Edge: Plain.

Measurement: 18 mm.
Weight: 4.1 grams.
Condition: VF (Very Fine), see photos.

As a coin collector I DO NOT clean any of my coins/tokens to preserve the original patina, if you wish to clean the coin/s I will leave it up to you.
