You are bidding on an old original, 1879 series with dates of 1880, United States, IRS, stub for special tax stamp for manufacturers of cigars at somewhere and someone I can't make out, also has 8 coupons for tax payments still attached. About 7 inches tall, 6 inches wide. Super cool old piece. Very nice shape, light wear, would look nice framed. Zoom in for details.
