The easiest way to check your band size is to look on the back of your band
If nothing on the back of your old band then measure between the lugs, where the band is attached to the watch face

Lengths

 S- Short R - Regular L- Long
Band size is the combined length of the two straps.

7 1/4" to 7 1/2" is considered a regular length.

6 1/2" to 6 3/4" is considered a short length.

8 1/4" to 8 1/2" is considered a long length.

9 1/4" to 9 1/2" is considered an extra-long length.


Standard lengths for women are 165mm - 180mm
between 6 3/4 inches and 8 inches
Standard lengths for men are 184mm - 197mm
between 7 3/4 inches and 9 1/2 inches
depending on the style and manufacture
