This is a great looking pair of unmarked celestial earrings. I'm not sure of the composition of the metal, when I polished the front with a cloth, they shined up just like sterling does. They have a hammered pebble look to the backs (see photos). They are an elongated dangle with a cut out star at the base of the earring with a cut out crescent moon on each side. They measure 1 ½ inches in length and are ¾ of an inch wide. They weigh .4 ounces on my postage scale, which converts to 11.34 grams. I think these were from the 1970s to 1980s.

These are in excellent vintage condition as you can see by the enlarged photographs. I did a light polishing of the front of the earrings, but I will leave the textured patina backs up to you. The fronts cleaned up beautifully and have a lovely shine.

These mystical earrings would be stunning with that little black dress or with your favorite pair of jeans. They are lightweight enough to wear all day.
