• All our items are authenticated by experts before we offer them for sale, therefore, you must show us a verifiable proof that the bag is not authentic in order for us to issue a refund on authenticity.
  
• 10% re-stocking fee on all returns (must be addressed within 3 days of confirmed delivery).
• Most of our items are vintage, used and with flaws.  Please read all the descriptions, noting the measurements and any noted flaws to avoid any unnecessary returns.
  
• Please pay within 3 days of purchase date.  All unpaid items will be re-listed after 7 days of non-payment or email.

Shipping:

• We will ship within 12 hrs of confirmed payment except Sundays and Holidays. 
  
• All uncleared PayPal checks might take several days to clear. We will only ship the item once the payment has cleared.
• Delivery information is included in your purchase and will be mailed on your Paypal receipt.
• Signature delivery is required to all orders $250.00 and up.
• Insurance is included for $250.00 and up purchases.
  

International Sale:

• All international orders will be shipped via either USPS Global Priority or Express Mail (please email us for shipping quotation).
  
• We will declare the correct purchase price and all import and customs charges will be paid by you.
• Please check with your Customs to find out any costs associated with your international purchase.
• You will have to pay and arrange for re-shipment if customs returns the item due to unpaid import taxes.
