I’ve been here for 3 months. 294 listings and a few views a day, but no sales, not one, zilch! Why? I have the 9% advertising. What do I have to do to get the ball rolling. I left eBay because they are just unreasonable to sellers anymore. Any help would be appreciated.

It will take time..let your ebay customers know you have moved…they will look for you there…and if do not find you move to some other ebay seller…so do redirecting
Offer them incentives to come to your BOnz store
Need to do loads of social media to build/establish a strong reputation in google..
Make sure your items are google compliant, you selected the 9% option for FVF to have items sent to google shopping..once you gain standing in google searches it will get better…I left ebay in 2009, told buyers who asked that I moved and would not list anymore on ebay….many came here (have 3 booths though 2 were on vacation for a few years..while I recuperated and I am just now getting them going again. I kept one going)
good luck

Do you do any promoting? On this site you have to promote you own listings. I post on Facebook, Twitter and Pinterest.

You get out what you put in, plain and simple. It takes time to get going here, and as I always say….if you are expecting this site to be & work like eBay then you will be very disappointed. This one you have got to put daily work in, I myself add new items, fix blurbs, upload new pics, advertise on various social media, throw out coupon codes, when an item sells on other sites I push them to here. You cannot in anyway shape or form blame a site for your failure, they are just the platform, all up to us to succeed of fail. Plus, the summer is the slowest time across the board for all sites, won’t really pick up until around August or September(though I do have to say this month is exceptionally slow). Keep in mind your booth is FREE so you are not out anything whatsoever, use that to your advantage. Good luck to you and give it a chance.

You have a cute shop.
So cute, in fact, that I saw the pet bed listing, clicked on it, and at first before reading the dimensions it looked like a miniature pet bed for a miniature cat and dog and I believe it is because the photo is tiny.

I would have it where your pictures come out larger…not that this is the exact problem but if I am thinking it was a miniature pet bed, someone else might also.
Okay, but maybe it is just my eyes playing tricks on the pet bed…but I do think something is a little off maybe.
Best of luck. I’m slow also and the worst part is that I’m slow on 3 sites with this one included. I’m waiting for the slow wave to pass.

When looking at your booth, I see you have a watermark on your item photos. Google doesn’t like watermarks and promotional text on photos and will reject them. And, you do have to promote your items here on Bonanza. You have a very nice booth.

If you want sales go back to ebay. It was several months before I had my first sale here & I once went 6 months without a sale at all on Bonanza & that was on 30% advertising. I seen to do best on 13% with turbo traffic but even then I’m lucky to get a sale or 2 a month. Even at Christmas sales are slim, this past Christmas sales were horrible, like 1 a week maybe
