Ok I got the rose perfectly pack but dead so honestly i didn’t think of taking a picture after I cut little pieces to see if it was any good I took pictures know the seller doesn’t believe me but I’m not a liar and that is the second rose from this seller in total I expend over $150 dollars I just want some cuttings from the roses I will never be doing this O. And both of them are dead but the first one was really healthy wen I got it it die right after what can I do if the seller doesn’t believe yes I’m sorry it was !!!!!!a live plant !!! As you can see i have no experience at this thanks for taking the time to read and reply

How did you get it? Was it mailed or picked up?

how long it’s take time to deliver it to you after seller make ship. As it is real flowers if take long time it’s may be dead.
i hope you get it delivered to you on same day and although if it was dead then you have to open dispute with your paypal or other option which you use for make payment.

these are coming from Romania..so unless you are in the same country…I would not expect the plants to arrive live to US unless overnight expressed
they are sent trimmed without flowers due transport reasons ! -the plant will be sent bare roots with some wet soil ,roots with soil wrapped in plastic bag to retain moisture during transport
Were they totally dried out…did you plant to see if it was still viable
However, you can go to paypal and file a claim…
