Text I can do. Wanted to upload new photos with my mannequin and cannot even delete the old photos. Went to make a “new” listing and I still cannot upload the photos. I’ve been using my iPhone for 2 years on Bonanza, as it is easier for me to take the photos and quickly make the listings. The problem started about 2 weeks ago. A desktop is not an option right now. Emailed Bonanza, however, they cannot figure out the problem. Has anyone had this problem? How did you fix it? I cannot make sales without photos. Thanking you in advance.

The trouble started when they had to discontinue the old photo editor and I do not think the new one is compatible yet…still needs tweeking…

Pictures have been kind of hokey for me HERE lately. I updated pics for an existing item and while I deleted all pics first, and then uploaded, it DID take my new pics but seemed to KEEP my initial main picture.
So, I deleted the item and started over and it took the pics I uploaded but KEPT the same first main picture (which is still wrong) and I even changed the title of the item on the new upload (to reflect my new changes). Just crazy and never did get it to work correctly.
OH and I did clean out my cookies and cache first (as that is always the stock answer to any issues it seems) with still no correct changes. I toss my cookies every chance I get (BLLAAGGGHHH). I gave up after that.
I use Chrome and Firefox on a desktop for my loads so maybe it is your phone as my pics upload, just changes dont take on the main photo.
Good Luck
Not selling much here anyway so it is what it is and it is just the first pic that is wrong as the rest of the pics are OK if somebody clicks into the items.
