When ever I try to launch Spark Lister;blue pop-up box that says"Windows protected your PC.Windows defender SmartScreen prevented an unrecognized app from starting. How can I run Spark Lister if Windows DSS keeps blocking it?

You’d better install a good antivirus program you can control. I suppose there should be an option to allow current programs to be opened by a user or computer administrator. Please, read what is avg tune up here on [URL removed] . So, you can easily solve your issue.
