If a sale is made on Bonanza will it show as sold on eBay for listings imported from eBay or will I have to end the listing on eBay manually?

Hello FastCat2,
Welcome to the Bonanza Community!!
By default, we keep your items synchronized between your eBay and Bonanza stores over time.
When an item is removed from your eBay store (because it is sold, was delisted, expired, etc), we can remove it from your Bonanza store automatically so you only sell merchandise that’s in stock.
Here is additional information about the eBay importer,

If you need additional support please email our award-winning support team and they will be glad to assist you further. [email protected]
Thank you and Happy Selling!
Kind Regards

I never trust that anything will be removed from either site if it sells. I sell on both ebay & Bonanza. Just last week I found an item still in my booth that had already sold on ebay even though Bonanza has always removed them after they sell on ebay. I tried to manually remove it and that didn’t work either. I finally contacted customer service to get it removed. I rarely sell anything here but I keep a close eye on my pay pal account & if something has sold here I manually remove it on ebay.

In my opinion, I would say NO and you would need to end it manually.
I don’t cross pollinate to the auction site so don’t know for sure but if you go into the auction site to see if it is still active (after it sold on Bonanza), you will have your answer

I depends on settings You have chosen, so, You need to check it (as we can’t see them) on Your import [URL removed] https://www.bonanza.com/booths/ebay_item_import/FastCat2
And yes, You can choose to remove listings from eBay, when they have sold on Bonanza.
You can do it on the import page, I’ve mentioned [URL removed]
- click on the “Show more import options” link,
- select the “Update the item quantity on eBay after a Bonanza sale” option.

If You’ve already marked this, it should work.
If not and You need to add this option, please, mind that if now You have the importer setup to synchronize Your listings, You would have to cancel the current synchronization before You can revise your settings and You will need to start a new import to save those settings.

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
