Is there any risk involved in importing your inventory from other Marketplaces? I mean after importing should I change my password on other Marketplaces? If I am importing from Amazon, so my Amazon account is unsecured? After import, Bonanza can see my account on Amazon or Amazon can have a look on my Bonanza account?

No risk whatsoever. Bonanza simply accesses your Amazon account to import your items. Amazon, in effect, won’t even know that that is happening and has no tie-in to your Bonanza account.
No need to change passwords on either site, but if it makes you feel better, you could change your Amazon password temporarily so that Bonanza can access your Amazon items and import them. Then, you could change your Amazon account back to your regular password.
