Paying for google shopping advertising but nothing is being advertised

We are currently paying commissions rates to be advertised on Google shopping but according to Bonanza stats, 0% of 1370 items are being seen and clicked on Google shopping. This is an unrealistic number if we are actually being advertised as we carry many hot and high end designer shoes. It’s just not reasonably possible. What is happening and is this related to a complete 90% decline in sales this 45 days? We are doing good business with posh and tradsey over Bonanza with a 10% higher pricing there.
ps. Thank you for fixing the ebay transfer issues 3 months ago.

For myself, views have been down; both in Google shopping and Bonanza. I have to wonder with Google shopping, if a good part of my listings have already been advertised so much so that I’ve used up all my commision for some listings I have for sale.

I don’t know though. On average, Google shopping charges about 3 cents per click…so I just do not know. I wish there was a way for me to be able to tell how much money has been used up on each listing so then I would know if I have any advertising left for a listing.

Going to be checking out Posh soon but still remain on Bonanza for sure.

check a few things…

Go to Seller Dashborad
Click on Reports
Click on Feed Diagnostics
Click on the Account ID for US Feed Destination…

This will show your items in Google Shopping

Scroll down a bit
You can also click on Start a feed status review link
This will tell you if there is any problem with items in the feed…

Check to see if the settings to send items to google has somehow been turned off

Booth Settings
Title and overview

Add my items to Google Shopping Yes No

make sure it is on Yes…

If everything is fine…my guess is the stats are off again

I see. Under Booth Stats there is a graph that should highlight the effectivness on google shopping in a red line. There is NO red line. There is a Yellow from turbo boost and green spots for sales though.

Still seems to explain a giant lack of sales better if advertising is not working..

I see some of your listings appearing in Google shopping.

Also…added to my previous comments (as Trink)..

If you want to know which items are actually getting google hits..go to your

Booth Settings

Click on Advertise

And scroll down..it will show you your total views for each item and advertising views…the non ad views in my case are from social media

It will look something like [URL removed]
