Are you referring to a some type of verification code from Bonanza, or are you using a photo editor from some other website that wants you to verify your email address and/or account before they allow you to use their editing tool?
If your answer applies to the last section of my question, you will have to resolve that with that other website tool… usually by checking your email account and responding to the message by either clicking a link (or copying/pasting into a browser window). Then you’ll have access to that editing tool.
[URL removed] Be careful what links you click on in emails. Make sure it is something that you know about or requested.
If another website is not involved, then contact Bonanza at [email protected]

A note from Bonanza from an earlier posting
“The photo editor is on “vacation” while we sort out how it will be reintroduced on the new item form. The good news is that we offer a full free version via our Background Burner. You can access that tool [URL removed] [URL removed]
Is this what is being asked? I tried to access it, but it’s only a free trial.

As far as I know you have to edit them from where you have them at home. If you do not have a photo editing program , go to downloads.com which is run by CNet. Search for “Free photo editing” . make sure it is really free & not a free trial. I have been getting free software from them for years & years. so it is a reputable site. You just need to read & understand everything.

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
