Bamboo fencing provides the feel and look of the tropics, while providing beauty and privacy. This fencing is sturdy and good for all weather conditions. Panels are carefully connected by running fine galvanized steel wire through 1/2" to 1" diameter bamboo poles. (Pole size will vary) This makes for an elegant fencing look when installed, and installation is quick and easy.
Black bamboo fence panels are constructed using special bamboo varietal calledPhyllostachys Nigra. Dark and deep in color, this fence develops rich blacks, browns and hints of tan, complementary to indoor and outdoor color schemes of an earthy hue. Each fence is selected and madefrom the most durable cane available. Note: This fence might arrive very dark and deep in color,but will lighten over time with exposure to the sun and elements. We recommend thatyou apply a standard UV resistant deck sealant to inhibit undesired fading.

**Things to consider when purchasing bamboo slats, poles and fencing**
1) Bamboo poles and slats are almost always NOT straight.
2) Cracks and rough spots can and WILL appear on some pieces this is natural. We do not ship cracked fencing but it most likely will crack (especially at the ends) in transit.
3) The color will vary from photo and the last lot you purchased.
4) Poles, slats and sticks will always be bigger/thicker at one end.
5) Water sealing is always recommended before use to preserve black color.
Black fence is sold in 3' 4' 6' and 7.5' Heights and 8 foot long panels. (These are hand made items so these measurements might not be exact.
