This Trisa ceramic mug is so cute with the adorable patchwork owl on both sides, so that whether right handed or left handed, you can have the owl facing you when you use your mug. It's perfect for hot chocolate, hot tea, coffee, espresso, cappuccino, or even hot apple cider!
The ceramic mug has holes to hold a spoon that comes with it. It holds 12 fluid ounces of your favorite hot beverage. The mug is approximately 4-1/4" tall and 5" wide with the handle. The mug itself is about 3-1/4" diameter at the top and tapers to 2-1/4" diameter at the bottom. The spoon is roughly 4-3/4" long.
Shipping may be a bit high, depending how far it needs to ship, because it weighs over a pound with a box and packing material. There are 2 methods of shipping to choose from when you check out so you can save a little money if you don't need Priority shipping.

Returns must be received within 30 days, in the same packaging and same condition it was when shipped to you. Buyer pays return shipping with no refunds on the original shipping. Once the item is returned in the same condition it was when shipped, your purchase price will be refunded.
If the purchase price included shipping (FREE Shipping), the cost of the original shipping will be deducted before your refund is sent. Items returned in a different condition than when they were shipped are not eligible for a full refund.

If your item is damaged in shipment, contact me as soon as possible with photos of the package, packing materials and the damaged item. Once I see your photos showing it was damaged in shipment, I will refund your purchase 100%, including the shipping paid, without requiring a return of the damaged item(s). The photos are also needed to file the insurance claim on Priority Mail shipments.
