Dry Tea Leaf Appearance: Pan roasted flat-like leaf with yellow and green hues.
 
Dry Tea Leaf Aroma: Vegetal, slightly nutty, slightly smoky.
 
Tea Liquor: Clear, green with shades of amber in the background.
 
Tasting Notes: Mildly vegetal, full body with sweet taste and mild roast-like notes. 
 
Steeping Tips:
 
1) Add 4-5 grams of leaf tea to gaiwan or porcelain ware teapot.
 
2) Water brewing temperature: 75-80°C/167-176°F.
 
3) Tea steeping time: 45 seconds, and increase subsequent steeps to 15 second intervals or to your desired taste preference.
