Handmade Pink Ball Gown Formal Long Dress Fits Barbie & 11.5" Dolls OOAK

I believe this to be vintage, as it was received in a lot of other vintage doll clothes.

Beautiful Pink Ball gown with around the neck strap, sequined neckline, fitted bodice, and layered lace & organza poof skirt. 

Pre-owned. Velcro is coming apart from dress on one side.. this can easily be fixed. Pink Organza ribbon used for neckstrap is a little frayed, as it was cut in half when sewn (maker cut 1 piece of thicker ribbon to make 2 pieces of thinner ribbon..each of the 2 straps has 1 finished side and 1 unfinished). Sequin have a string running through them that is empty but still attached. There don't seem to be any sequins missing, so I'm not sure what this is from, but I do want to mention it. I've priced accordingly for these issues..otherwise would be asking double the price.
