With Transfer Tape over the Decal & 3M Scotchcal Film on the Backside.

Instructions: Wash & Dry Surface Area, Peel Film Backing off (the side that says "3M Scotchcal Film"), Place Decal with Transfer Tape on the Desired Spot on your Boat, Using Firm Smooth Pressure & a Credit Card like Object Rub the Decal & Tape down Until it's Smooth, Peel Transfer Tape Back Slowly, Look to see if Decal is Adhered to the Surface, If not, Place Transfer Tape Back Down & Repeat the Smooth Rubbing Process. Once it's all Smooth & Adhered to your Surface, the Decal is Complete. Enjoy!!
