This is a two toned silver and gold Grouper or Bass Pendant or Pin. It also has a large necklace loop or bale to be worn as a pendant on a chain or on a slide. It is a three dimensional (3D) piece and is signed MJ on the back (MJ Enterprises, Cranston Rhode Island). It measures 2 1/4 inches long and is 1 3/4 inches from the top of the seaweed to the bottom of the starfish. It is in excellent condition and is a unique and stunning piece ready to wear. This is most likely from the late 1980s to early 1990s. MJ Enterprises began in 1977. 

It is a highly detailed and well defined fish (shows all the scales and the bumps on the Starfish) in silver-tone with gold-tone fins, tail, mouth and accents on the seaweed. I am saying it is a Grouper because that is what it resembles (at least the ones that I have caught). If the Starfish wasn't there I would have guessed Large Mouth Bass, but Starfish are not usally found in Freshwater.

What a great piece of art jewelry for the fish lover and game fish or sports fisherman. If you know someone who enjoys Deep Sea Fishing or is the Captain of a Fishing Charter boat; what a great stocking stuffer or gift this would be for the Holidays or as a prize for placing in a tournament. If you know someone who works in an aquarium or is involved in the field of Oceanography and Marine Life this would be perfect. It works for a man or a woman. Anyone who enjoys the sport of fishing would appreciate this. It would look great pinned to a fishing hat, jacket, vest or lapel. It is perfect for those summer outfits or on a cruise, will look great swimming on any outfit. Don't let this one be the one that got away!
