Due to changes in E-Bay policies, insurance and package tracking are no longer being offered as optional, but rather mandatory.  Thus our shipping charges include the following:

 

Actual shipping cost

Package insurance - Required by E-Bay for Seller Protection.

Package tracking - Required by E-Bay for Seller Protection.  (Domestic shipping packages will all have an e-mail sent to you after the item is sent.  You will be able to track your package for shipping information).

Miscellaneous Charges- Gas, boxes, envelopes and special package costs.

 

Please consider this when reviewing the shipping& handling charges.  These cost are out of our hands and are required by E-Bay.

 

Shipping Discount:

Flat Rate:  Highest flat rate applies on first item, second highest flat rate ships for half price and each additional flat rate item ships for only $1.

 

Calculated Shipping:  Do combine calculated shipping and we use the calculator in E-bay.

Condition Nomenclature

New with tags – Items has original tags.

New without tags – Item does not have original tags/labels (Some of our suppliers cut the labels off the items) but has not been worn

Like New – Item is USED but is in excellent used condition (EUC).

Gently Used – Item is USED and shows signs of wear.

We represent items to the best of our knowledge and ability, but on used items opinions on the condition vary from person to person.   So please e-mail any questions before bidding.

 

Should a problem arise, please contact us directly for a satisfactory resolution.  We pride ourselves in working with our buyers to resolve any issue.  We will issue refunds for items that have been misrepresented or have damages not listed in the ad.  You must contact us within 3 days of receiving the item.
