Maple was introduced January 1, 1997, but the box indicates that he was introduced February 27, 1997. This is the only Maple bear retailed in the United States. He was exclusively a Ronald McDonald House Charity bear.

He belongs to 1 of 4 of the International Bears of 1996. He is 1 in 4,000 manufactured!! He has never been played with or taken out of his box. The box and Maple are both in brand new condition. With only the back flap being opened to reveal the tush tag Maple has never been taken out of the box. This is a Teenie Original Beanie.
