Thymarisio is collected from places-points with a large quota of thyme pollen grains, therefore a truly strong and excellent quality thyme honey, of high nutritional value.

Thyme honey is considered and is of excellent quality due to its excellent aroma and taste. Its variety, although it corresponds to only 10% of Greek honey production, has been identified like no other with Greece itself, it thrives mainly on the Greek islands.
