SHIPPING:

FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS! Items are shipped via standard service and should arrive no later than 15-20 MAX from the date that the order leaves the Production Warehouse. MOST oders are delivered within 5-10 business days, however it could take longer due to unforeseen circumstances or delays on the part of the postal service. Please see shipping policy for further details and refund policy/information. 

Please note that items are placed into production no later than 24 hours upon receipt of payment. As each item is indivdually produced upon request, there is a processing period of 3-5 business days PRIOR to your item(s) being shipped. You will be notified via email when your item(s) leave the Warehouse 

ORDER CANCELLATION/ADJUSTMENT POLICY:

*If you would like to cancel your order for any reason, you must do so within 2 hours of order placement. Please contact me directly and notify me of request to cancel. Any requests made after the 2 hour time period will be rejected. For any adjustments or changes to your order, please contact me immediately to make this request. Provided that your item(s) have NOT been submitted for production, this should be no problem to accommodate. Any change requests made past the 2 hour time period as stated above cannot be guaranteed however I will do my absolute best to see what can done. Customer Satisfaction is my TOP priority and I want to make sure that you're overjoyed with your purchase upon receipt of your order so I ask that you do not hesitate to contact me directly with any requests or questions. I am quite flexible and easy to interact with. 

REFUND POLICY:

*Refunds are ONLY offered in very specific circumstances such as:

-Item(s) received are visibly faulty, damaged, or compromised at no fault of the customer

-30+ days have passed since order ship date and order has still not been received by the customer

*In circumstances where your item(s) are delivered damaged or faulty, please contact me immediately. Please take photos of the damaged items and include a brief description. Upon approval of the Producer, you will receive a full or partial refund within 5 business days or less to your PayPal Account. If 30+ days have passed since the shipping date and you have still not recieved your order, you will receive a refund immediately, no questions asked. Please see Shipping Policy for further details. 

RETURNS/EXCHANGE POLICY:

*As items are made to order and produced by individual request, there are NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES and orders are FINAL. Thank you for your understanding.
