The images on this video production are animated gifs recorded onto a DVD through a scan converter. There is some loss in resolution during that process. On newer high resolution televisions with their high contrast ratios the picture can have a grainy appearance. On the older square TV's it's not noticeable. On newer sets the image will look better if you decrease the brightness and contrast ratio. The video certainly accomplishes what it is suppose to and especially looks great in windows from a distance. This was originally created to be used in my own haunted house and was a huge hit!
