Oak Honey is one of the special and rare honeys and is produced from the honeydew in the oak bark.
The production depends on the special climatic conditions that prevail in the oak forests and
therefore the production of Oak honey is not achieved every year.
It is a dark honey usually with a special aroma and a special, rich, rich taste.
It is not very sweet, it is rich in antioxidant properties and contains large amounts
of potassium, magnesium, phosphorus, iron and sodium.
