The set of 7 gift bags comes with attached tags. The visible large bag says "Happy Birthday". I do not know if the others do or not (it appears not from peeking through and stretching the plastic). They are unbranded. 5 large bags measure 8.8 inches by 7 inches. 2 small bags measure 5.75 inches by 4.5 inches. The designs on the small bags are balloons and flowers. The designs on the large bags are birthday cake, kitten, polka dots, roses (pink, white, yellow), and plain green.
