This is a 1998 Upper Deck SPx Baseball Card of Ken Griffey, Jr. #1 - Sample 0000/0000.

The picture is the actual card being auctioned.  I will leave the grading up to the buyer.  I am the original owner and have kept it in a climate controlled environment in a smoke free home.
