Designed and manufactured to withstand the rigours of a professional kitchen and easily adapt to home and non-commercial use. Ideal for frying, scrambling, sauteing and searing your favourite recipes. Made from aluminium with an exterior satin finish and interior 3-layer non-stick coating that contains no PFOA, offering better non-stick properties, greater scratch resistance, increased durability and easier cleaning. The stainless steel handle is riveted for added support and features a removable, silicone, soft-grip glove for versatility and manoeuvrability. Not suitable for oven use due to the silicone handle, unless the soft-grip glove is removed.

Care and Use

Easy to Use: Use with or without grease, the non-stick coating prevents food from adhering to the pan. During first time use, grease the internal surface with cooking oil or fat and heat for 1-2 minutes.

Easy to Clean: All you need is water, soap and a soft sponge. If you prefer, you can simply put it in the dishwasher.
