This item is in new DAMAGED condition.  THIS IS SUPPOSED TO BE A FIBER OPTIC HAT THAT THE FRONT LIGHTS UP WITH A BATTERY.  THE BATTERY COMPARTMENT IS MISSING.  I imagine it may be able to be fixed but not sure therefore I am selling as a regular hat.  From the outside it looks like a normal hat.  Please see all pictures.
