Vintage Red White Blue Field Tech Used AT&T Call Julie Call Before You Dig Pen

The outer part is in good shape. Shows signs of age and usage. Could use a thorough cleaning, but left to collector discretion. Measures 5.5" in length. The ink is blue, but doesn't write reliably or often. Click works without an issue. Please see photos.
