Glass Pedestal Vase Blue Knurled with Raised Grandma Betsy Ross Etching Cobalt

This is a decorative footed/pedestal vase made of blue glass with a round shape and etched features. It stands at 8 inches tall and 3.5 inches wide, weighing 1 lb. The vase has a knurled texture and raised Grandma Betsy Ross etching in cobalt. It is free-standing and suitable for any room in the house. I don't know if that is Betsy Ross or not. But there is a resemblance. Other than those 2 little puck marks, the vase is in great condition.
