This vest is in good condition with no tears or odors. The material is thick with no stretch. The color is bright and vivid with no fading. The snaps all snap easily however some are starting to get corroded. The vest has 6 pockets. The elastic in the waist of the vest is stretched and loose. The vest has a few small stains along the front bottom. The tag says size 5 and the measurements are as follows:
underarm to underarm: 16"
back of neck to bottom hem: 20"
underarm to bottom hem: 9"
