This is a fun little collar for dogs, cats or your favorite doll or stuffed animal. I simply took a section of white crafting boa, added a loop to the end and hung a Silver metallic Peace Sign on the other side to close the collar. This is purely decorative, and not to be used with a leash. This particular one will fit a neck up to 10", although I can make any size you need.
