This is a lovely little hand crafted artisan made cuff style bracelet with a rope twist design and lots of openwork. The oval center is inlaid with gorgeous rainbow Abalone, silver and green stone chips against a solid black background in an oval medallion with a beautiful floral design. The black gives the Abalone a wonderful contrast.

This is signed on the back Hecho en Mexico. It does not have 925 so I'm pretty sure it is a silver alloy, not sterling probably Alpaca Silver, which is a metal alloy with the appearance of silver. The top and bottom cuff bars are a textured and patterned silvertone and the center bar is a twisted metal with a curled design where it meets the medallion. The metal rope pieces are unevenly bent into designs, normal for hand made items.

It is in excellent condition as you can see by the enlarged pictures. There are no cracks in the Abalone or missing pieces. The inlay is intact and smooth to the touch. It is 2 1/8 inches across on the inside. The actual bracelet measures approximately 5 inches around not including the gap between the tips, which is 1 1/2 inches. That makes it about 6 1/2 inches around. It is 1 1/8 inches wide. This would be a perfect fit for someone with a small wrist. Please measure before purchasing. Great gift for a young girl or teen.
