This fit and flare skirt has pleats in the front and back that are closed at the waist and open at the hips. It has a beautiful all-over floral print in teal, coral, olive, and white on a nice dark brown background. This skirt has a side zipper, zig-zag topstitching, mid-calf or midi length, and drapes well.
Requirements skirt, Womens size 12, fits like size 10. It might be mislabeled. I have the same skirt in size 10 and the measurements are exactly the same.

Returns must be received within 30 days, in the
same packaging and same condition it was when shipped to you. Buyer pays return

is sent. Items returned in a different condition than when they were shipped are

soon as possible with photos of the package, packing materials and the damaged
item. Once I see your photos showing it was damaged in shipment, I will refund

the damaged item(s). The photos are also needed to file the insurance claim on
Priority Mail shipments.
