Return Policy
All returns/exchanges must be received within 30 days of purchase of the merchandise. We have to be notified immediately upon receipt if there are any damages or defects to the items so we can file a claim with a shipping carrier. If we are not notified right away, we will not be able to exchange the item or take it back for a refund. Merchandise must be in original factory condition and original box and has to be packaged exactly as manufacturer packed it. Please note: do not fix or glue little parts without our authorization. We will not accept any item back if it was glued or comes back to us without an original box.
If you want to return an item, you MUST first send us a message letting us know. Return Authorizations are required with all returns. You must let us know if you want to return an item to receive a Return Authorization. We will coordinate the return with the warehouse and get you the return authorization and shipping labels. Items being returned for refund must be in original packaging shipped in and in the condition it arrived in. If product arrives damaged, please send photo of damage to verify.
