The USPS Postal Service issued this stamp to celebrate the fun of America's state and county fairs with four se-tenant stamps.

Four colorful stamps work together as a panorama of familiar, traditional fair activites, while each stamp also works as an individual picture.. 

Art director Greg Breeding with Mike Ryan who designed the stamps using original art by Mick Wiggins designed the stamp.
