This tie is clearly marked Oleg Cassini.  It was sold by a prominent Men's Ware shop...Wm. Mosenfelder & Sons, Downtown Rock Island, NorthPark Center, Davenport, Iowa.  It is made of silk material.

Blue hues...Navy blue background to the leaves design.  Then light blue with white to showcase the leaves.  There are light blue and tan colored in circle / bubbles/ between each leaf design.  The run on the leaf design is every 3 1/2 inches between the wider bunches of leaves.  

There is no damage to this tie at all...no rips, (the sellers tag is loose...should be tacked down), no food stains, and probably needs to be ironed.  The tie has been stuffed in my step dads tidy whitey drawer forever.  This one he left looped so he just needed to pull over his head when he wore this to church.  

The tie measures 56 inches long x 4 inch wide at the bottom.
