 This came from estate sale of a friend of mine who was a professional technician for over 25 years..      

?Shipping I try to get items out same day payment recived if it's early enought or next day. post office is open.
I do not do free shipping BECAUSE THERE IS NO SUCH THING. Charges are included in item price. So to do free shipping I would need to charge everyone the highest cost it would be to ship anywhere in the US meaning if you live anywhere else You pay more than it cost I don't think that is Right even if it means I make more. I charge by calcuated (s Calcuated cost ) cost so You pay the least possable. 
?I do sometimes ship free  if item is heavy and fits in a flate rate box.
