THIS IS A SIMPLE WIND INSTRUMENT MADE OF PLASTIC THAT PRODUCES A RANGE OF MUSICAL PITCHES BY SLIDING THE PISTON IN AND OUT, WHILE BLOWING THROUGH A FIPPLE MOUTHPIECE, SIMILAR TO A RECORDER. THESE SIMPLE PLASTIC WHISTLES WERE POPULAR AS TOYS AND NOVELTIES CREATING OLD FASHIONED FUN. CREST TOOTHPASTE INCLUDED A SLIDE WHISTLE LIKE THIS WITH SELECT TUBES OF CREST TOOTHPASTE DURING THE 60s, PART OF CREST'S ADVERTISING CAMPAIGNE TO ENCOURAGE KIDS TO START THEIR OWN JUNIOR BAND. How It Works, The
