The jacket arrived balled up, with no apparent interest in sending it to have a "new" quality purchase feel upon receipt. It was crumpled up into a ball - in a bag making it seem as if no amount of care went into how it looked to the buyer! The fit is VERY slim, as if it were made for a woman, not a man (as advertised), and cannot be easily zipped - while riding my bike! Highly disappointed with the overall experience, and the fact that it is from Pakistan!
