High carbon steel skinning knife with antler scales.
The knife is hand-forged by me, from high carbon steel (80CrV2).
The blade is differentially hardened (means that only edge is hardened) and tempered, the handle is left unhardened.
The blade is finished with satin finish, which is easy to remake at home.
Pins are stainless steel.
Deer antler scales are sealed especially marrow parts are extra sealed. The whole handle is then finished with tung oil and buffed with beeswax.
The knife is sharp.

I do carve antler just contact me if you would like something personal carved into it.
