If your order is shipping to the UNITED STATES, we are required by the international courier to include US RECEIVER’S Contact Number to finalize your shipping label:
Please send us your contact number within 72 hours (3 days) to finalize your shipping booking.
Important Note: If we do not receive your phone number within this time, we will unfortunately have to cancel and fully refund the order, as we cannot create the necessary shipping label without it.

We typically ship from Singapore within 1-4 business days, and Standard International shipping takes 8-15 Business Days.
