Partial refund available within 30 daysAll Products MUST be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase to credit your credit card. All products returned may be subject to a 45% stocking charge. Positively no refund after 30 days.
Defective items will be exchanged for the same item after the return of the item.

Any item received DAMAGED or not in a saleable condition or missing ink, leaking ink inside the box, missing accessories, manuals, parts, modified, tampered with, misused in any way will not qualify for a refund.
