Most items are new, though they may have been in storage for some time, and the ones that aren’t will be as clearly described as I can make them.
All items are from a pet and smoke-free home.
Shipping policy
My official policy is to ship within 2 business days of receiving cleared payment, except for Sundays and postal holidays. Unofficially, I can usually ship within 24 hours, depending on payment type and time of day.

Returns will be done on a case by case basis. I try very hard to describe my items fully and include enough photos to be clear about what you are getting. Please contact me with any questions or concerns prior to returning anything.
Miscellaneous details
I encourage communication before, during and after a transaction. Don’t be afraid to write. I am very good about responding in a timely manner. I find it helps to avoid problems before they crop up.
I am happy to combine shipping on multiple purchases. I have in place combined shipping charges, so feel free to make multiple purchases. Shipping will never be more than the combined totals, but most items are shipped FREE.
