For combined shipping in one package to save money, please contact us prior to purchasing. We will calculate shipping costs and instruct you to offer us that exact amount, which we will then accept, completing your purchase with the correct shipping amount.
We normally Ship within 24 business hours of receipt of Payment as described above.
USA SHIPPING:
Within USA we use Ground Advantage, Priority Mail, UPS Ground and occasionally FedEx, with appropriate options shown for each item. Our goal is to send your package by the safest method, or as you request.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
Our products ship to United States, Europe, Canada, Australia, Japan. Other countries, Please ask, as we may or may not ship to your country.

DAMAGES:
If you received a damaged item, Please notify us within 48 hours of receipt, so that necessary steps can be taken to file a insurance claim.

The shipping label contains insurance identification numbers which the shipping carrier will need, in order to process your claim. The carrier may or may not ask to see the package and contents.
