Shipping policy
I calculate all shipping costs based on weight. If there is an overage in the cost, I will always happily refund it to the buyer. All shipping includes tracking and insurance. I normally use either parcel, priority or first class unless the buyer expressly requests another type of shipping. Usually I ship no later than three days after purchase unless something unforseen happens, in which case it would be no more than 5 days.
