We offer a link to our custom font previewer so you can see your desired text in a specific font prior to purchasing. If there is a specific font or design/image your looking for that we don’t have listed reach out to us. We will be more than happy to get it for you. Shipping policy
SoKno Kre8tions Shipping Policy is as follows:
We offer 3 types of shipping options to all of our customers, those options are Standard Mailing Service w/tracking barcode- this option is defined as using standard sized envelopes (9.25×4.5, 9×6, 12×9, and 13×10) that can have postage stamps applied. We do offer a tracking barcode with this mailing option. A tracking barcode comes with a tracking number that gives you limited info on the shipping status of your item while in transit. We provide the website to go to in order to check the status once the item has shipped. This option has an estimated shipping time of 1-5 days.
Ground Advantage- is provided through USPS and also includes a USPS tracking number that is check on the USPS website. Is also includes a $100.00 insurance on your item.
Priority- also is provided through USPS and offers a tracking number that is checked on the USPS website and comes with the $100.00 insurance on your item. Priority offers a quicker shipping option
*Note- the free shipping option is for items that fits into the standard sized envelopes and the weight is under 3oz. If purchasing a decal that is bigger or longer that a 13×10 envelope but you choose the free shipping option, you are agreeing for SoKno Kre8tions to fold the decal in order for it to fit into the envelope. Folding in a non decal portion of the image will not hurt or damage the decal. If you do not want it folded then please purchase the item(s) using one of our other shipping options. Thank You
